Christian Faith Women of Virtue, Inc. is a 501c3 non-profit organization, committed to operating in excellence. Women of Virtue, Inc. was manifested through the God-given vision of its leader, Rev. Charlotte Moses and confirmed through the profound authority of its shepherd Rev. Albert Moses, Jr. pastor of Christian Faith Missionary Baptist Church. The Women of Virtue was established in 2004. In effort to reach the women of the church, Rev. Charlotte Moses acknowledged the vision, wrote the vision, and made it plain. Most importantly she followed the will of God. In April of 2009, Women of Virtue formally announced their existence through the act of incorporation and became Christian Faith Women of Virtue, Inc.
Diamond Conference was created after Lady Charlotte attended a life changing women’s empowerment conference entitled Metamorphosis in 2006. The conference was held in Houston, TX and hosted by Co-Pastor Mia Wright. The conference was a metamorphosis for Lady Moses. After that encounter, Lady Moses began seeking God for reassurance and guidance for an empowerment conference in the Port Arthur-Beaumont area. In 2007, twenty women from Women of Virtue, Inc., attended Metamorphosis Women’s Empowerment Conference and returned home inspired to help develop a conference in our city. With much prayer, preparation, and planning, the very first Diamond Conference was held in August 2008 with world renown speakers and psalmists invited to minister. In the midst of a hurricane, women from all walks of life gathered together on one accord to worship the Lord. Diamond Conference has become the leading women’s conference for empowerment and spiritual development in Southeast Texas. We believe that Diamond Conference has a unique combination of practical life applications that have empowered women to transform, transcend and transition. Our conference is designed to empower and encourage women.
Since that time many inspirational speakers such as evangelist Sandra Riley, Dr. Rita Twiggs, Rev. Connie “CJ” Jackson, Co-Pastor Mia Wright, Bishop Vashti McKenzie, Pastor Claudette Copleand, Pastor Cordelia Wallace, Pastor Jennifer Biard, and anointed psalmist such as Kathy Taylor, Vonnie Lopez, Nikitta Clegg-Fox, Michelle Prather, Vickie Yohe, and many others have ministered in the Port Arthur area through Diamond Conference.
